About Us.

Hi. We're the Ice Queens.

But don't let the title fool you. I've always wanted a snoball trailer. Now I have one! This year, instead of trying to impress you, I wanted to scale back and concentrate on what we serve best, and that's the quality of our shaved ice. We love that you rave about the consistency of our ice, and the level of our friendly service.

Regulars: you may see a few menu changes this season but no need to fret. Our number one item, and that's snoballs, is here to stay and the prices will remain affordable and family-friendly. Please have a look at our new menu changes and updates. Pickles forever!

Newcomers: Ice Queens serves hot weather treats, and you know that in Texas, that means about 7 months worth, give or take a few. We serve a style of shaved ice as they do so well in New Orleans, using a very special machine and favorite regional flavors. To appease our health-conscious customers and parents, we also carry a special line of 8 naturally sweetened syrups that are dye free, vegan, and diabetic friendly. While these flavors may be a pinch more out of the pocketbook, their glycemic index level proves to be the smart choice. 4 of these flavors are sweetened with Stevia, while the rest are made with the sweet taste of brown rice syrup.

In addition to a few toppings, giant dill pickles, and premium sodas, Ice Queens carries a few special soft goods including tees, buttons and stickers, to boot! On a final note, we invite you guys to please check our site and our facebook page often. Because we are a small trailer business with a tiny, but awesome staff, we may be closed for special events, inclimate weather, or illness.
